The Tour Ntwk app is a touring logistics app for tour managers and the band and crew on their tours. This page says what it keeps, where, and who can see it.

What the app keeps

• Tours: dates, schedules, travel, hotels and notes entered by the tour manager.
• People on a tour: name, preferred name, mobile and email, and the touring information sheet (for example passport and travel details) that the tour manager and the person enter.
• Bookings and quotes: figures and details read from booking confirmations and supplier quotes (for example a van hire quote), and a link to where the original document is kept.
• Your login: email address and password (handled by the database service; the app never sees your password).

Who can see it

• The tour manager sees everything on their own tours.
• Band and crew see only the tours they are on, and see only other people's name, preferred name, mobile and email. A person's information sheet is visible only to them and their tour manager.
• Prices, quotes and supplier details are visible only to the tour manager.
• These rules are enforced by the database itself, not just by the app.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase (database and logins), in its London (EU West) region. Each phone keeps an offline copy of the tours it opens; logging out removes it. The app does not sell data, show adverts or use tracking or analytics.

Google Drive and Dropbox

A tour manager can choose to connect their own Google Drive or Dropbox so the app can file tour documents (such as booking confirmations and quotes) in a folder for each tour.

• Google Drive: the app asks only for access to files and folders it creates itself (Google's "drive.file" permission), plus your email address to show which account is connected. It cannot see, read or change any other files in your Drive.
• Dropbox: the app creates a "Tour Ntwk" folder and saves into the tour folders it makes there.
• The app uses this access only to create the tour folder, upload the documents you import, and link to them from the tour. It does not read, copy, share or analyse any other content, and does not pass Google or Dropbox data to anyone else.
• The connection key is kept in the app's database, visible only to the tour manager who connected it, and is used only when uploading a document for them.
• You can disconnect at any time in the app (Menu → Documents folder → Connected storage), or remove the app in your Google Account (Security → Third-party apps) or Dropbox settings (Connected apps). Files already saved stay in your Drive or Dropbox.

The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other services

Maps and place search use OpenStreetMap services; flight details come from AeroDataBox; average fuel prices come from the European Commission's Weekly Oil Bulletin, GOV.UK and the European Central Bank. Only what is needed for each lookup is sent (for example a place name or a flight number).
